Pokémon TCG Pocket, the mobile extension of the renowned Pokémon Trading Card Game franchise, is set for another milestone with the release of its latest themed booster pack, Extradimensional Crisis.
The Pokémon Company officially revealed that Extradimensional Crisis will launch globally on May 29, 2025, granting players and collectors worldwide fresh opportunities to expand their digital card libraries.
Extradimensional Crisis is poised to captivate fans of the franchise by spotlighting Ultra Beast Pokémon, first introduced in the core Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon titles for Nintendo 3DS.
This booster pack brings Ultra Beasts like Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex to Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket for the first time.
In addition to these otherworldly creatures, the expansion marks the debut of Type: Null and features numerous other Pokémon originally discovered in the Alola region, providing both nostalgia and excitement for long-time fans.
As part of the new content rollout, players will be able to unlock an Ultra Beast-themed binder cover in the Shop using shop tickets starting from the booster pack’s launch day, May 29, 2025.
This digital binder is a nod to collectors who wish to curate and display their Ultra Beast cards in style.
Moreover, a floral display board, perfect for personalizing the user interface, will also become available for acquisition.
Players can obtain this display board with event shop tickets, which are earned by participating in the upcoming wonder pick event.
