The Pokémon Company has launched a time-limited Mystery Gift for the newly released Pokémon Legends: Z-A — Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Mega Dimension.
The distribution, live to mark the game's launch on 29th October, lets players redeem a special Spewpa via the in-game Mystery Gift system over the internet.
According to the official distribution window, players can claim the free Spewpa between 29th October and 19th November at 01:59 UTC.
The bonus is notable because this Spewpa can evolve into one of 16 Vivillon patterns that are not currently obtainable in the game's base version.
The distribution is handled through the game's internet Mystery Gift feature, the same delivery method Pokémon titles have used on Nintendo Switch and related platforms.
The new distribution centers on Spewpa and its multicolored evolution options.
Players who redeem and evolve the Spewpa will also contribute to an official Vivillon Challenge being tracked by The Pokémon Company.
Evolutions are logged on an official challenge website, with The Pokémon Company setting a target of 660,000 Vivillon Points.
If the global total meets or exceeds this goal, The Pokémon Company has confirmed that all participating players will receive a Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon as a reward.
This Mystery Gift follows established Pokémon distribution practices that use online redemption via the Mystery Gift menu and complements ongoing promotional efforts around the game's launch.
For players wanting to participate, redeeming the gift requires an active internet connection and access to the Mystery Gift option in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
The event window spans roughly three weeks, so interested trainers should claim the Spewpa before the 19th November cutoff.
For the latest official details, including a full list of the 16 Vivillon pattern options and progress toward the 660,000-point target, consult The Pokémon Company’s Vivillon Challenge page and the in-game Mystery Gift menu.
This promotion offers both a collectible aesthetic variety for Vivillon and a community-driven incentive to unlock an additional Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon for all players.
