The Pokémon Company has officially announced the upcoming inclusion of Latias, the Eon Pokémon, in Pokémon Unite.

The highly anticipated addition will see Latias debut as a playable character on August 8, 2025, expanding the game's diverse roster just weeks after the introduction of Latios.

Pokémon Unite, the popular strategic battle game developed by TiMi Studio Group, continues to engage fans worldwide on Nintendo Switch and mobile platforms, with frequent updates and new content keeping the competitive scene fresh. Latias is set to bring a dynamic new layer of gameplay to Pokémon Unite.

In an effort to leverage the unique bond between the Eon duo, Latias and Latios share a special in-game mechanic that enables them to rapidly teleport to one another during matches.
