Two Point Studios has rolled out a free crossover update for Two Point Museum that brings elements from Double Dagger Studios' Little Kitty, Big City into the museum-building sim. The collaboration adds a suite of themed content—Points of Interest, workshop perks, new décor options and a Little City Diorama—designed to let players integrate the adorable cat sim into museum exhibits. The update is free to download for players who already own Two Point Museum, and it introduces three new Points of Interest tied to Little Kitty, Big City. Players can collect in-game currency known as Shinies during expeditions to unlock additional POIs and workshop options. The update also introduces wildlife and decorative pieces, including a Hatted Chameleon terrarium exhibit and a pond with a duck and ducklings, to broaden exhibit variety. In the museum workshop, Shinies can be spent to unlock new perks that boost an exhibit's value or knowledge rating, or to address maintenance issues such as dust. A new interactive display called the Ledge Leaper allows guests to experience a slice of Kitty's adventure, and the Little City Diorama provides a dedicated exhibit to showcase the crossover centerpiece. Two Point Studios released this free content alongside the launch of the paid Rides & Relics DLC, which adds additional theme park–style exhibit options for builders. The paid DLC expands the selection of attractions and artifacts available to museum creators and is sold separately from the free Little Kitty update. Industry coverage and reviews have highlighted Two Point Museum as a strong entry in the series. Reviewers praised the title for smart design, punchy humor, attractive visuals and a depth of mechanics that remain approachable. That assessment framed Two Point Museum as possibly the strongest Two Point release to date, noting its blend of polish and accessible complexity. For players on console and PC storefronts, downloadable updates and DLC are delivered through each platform's digital storefronts, such as Steam on PC or the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch. The Little Kitty crossover and Rides & Relics provide both cosmetic and mechanical additions aimed at giving builders new ways to design and entertain museum guests.
