SEGA and Two Point Studios have released a free Digiverse update for Two Point Museum that introduces content from Double Dagger’s Little Kitty, Big City. The crossover arrives alongside the previously announced Rides & Relics update and is available now on all platforms. Background Two Point Museum, developed by Two Point Studios and published by SEGA, launched as a management and museum-building spin on the Two Point franchise. The new free update extends the game’s Digiverse concept with a themed rift based on Double Dagger’s Little Kitty, Big City, bringing new Points of Interest, interactive exhibits, and collectible items to the base game. What the update adds Two Point Studios says the Little Kitty, Big City rift opens a new sequence of city-themed content players can explore within Two Point Museum. The update adds three Points of Interest inspired by the Little Kitty, Big City world. Players can collect in-world shinies—small collectible items—that are used to unlock additional Points of Interest and workshop content. In plain terms, the developer explained that players will search the city for a mischievous kitty, gather shinies scattered across levels, and use those shinies to access premium Crow content and new museum pieces. The update includes three new exhibits: a Hatted Chameleon terrarium, a Duck Pond Diorama with ducklings, and a Little City Diorama that showcases the titular kitty. Workshop and gameplay changes Collected shinies function as a workshop currency. Players can spend them to unlock new Perks that increase an exhibit’s value and knowledge output or to mitigate the game’s dust mechanic. The update also introduces a Ledge Leaper interactive display crafted in the Workshop, plus new decor items designed to help recreate a street corner inside the museum—traffic cones included. Availability and trailer The Little Kitty, Big City update is available now, and a new trailer has been released by the developer to showcase the rift and its exhibits. The update is distributed through each platform’s storefront—players on Nintendo Switch can download updates via the Nintendo eShop, while PC and console users should check their respective stores for the latest patch notes. For full patch notes and detailed information on both the Little Kitty, Big City and Rides & Relics updates, consult Two Point Studios’ official channels and the game’s store pages for the most current information.
