Description

Revulo Games has officially announced that House Fighters: Total Mess, its upcoming arcade-style PvE aerial shooter, will launch for Nintendo Switch on November 7, 2025.

The unique title is poised to deliver a nostalgic trip for fans of whimsical, imaginative action, combining classic flight mechanics with playful, toy-themed environments.

The official announcement highlights the game’s availability as a digital download via the Nintendo eShop, retailing at $7.99, with a 10% pre-order discount already live for early adopters. In House Fighters: Total Mess, players will dive into kid-sized dogfights as they take on the role of Lieutenant Green, a young and hopeful toy pilot.

Tasked with daring rescue missions and problem-solving adventures, gamers will navigate through a variety of everyday settings, from bedrooms to kitchens, each transformed into intricate arenas.

The imaginative narrative features 13 hand-crafted, story-driven missions.

Throughout these levels, players are challenged to help the game's whimsical ensemble of toys complete unique objectives, such as orchestrating a neighborhood dollhouse’s birthday party or assisting block builders with a racecar track. Gameplay is designed for both newcomers and genre veterans.

Traditional inverted flight controls are supported, with an emphasis on intuitive, accessible combat systems.

Players control their toy aircraft, firing primary and secondary weapons at enemy targets and collecting a myriad of household objects—ranging from rockets and bombs to nails—to power their dogfights.

Collisions with edges and obstacles reduce aircraft health, adding a layer of tactical maneuvering to the arcade action.

Defeated foes drop ammo and helpful items, keeping the action fast and fluid. Revulo Games has also revealed that aircraft customization plays a central role.

As missions are completed, players will unlock additional aircraft, each with distinct stats like engine efficiency, weight, and hull strength.

Customization options include wacky stickers, alternate paint jobs, and multiple color selections, allowing for extensive personalization.

Key features include the ability to explore domestic environments from a toy's-eye view, complete a diverse lineup of narrative missions, and leverage a robust aircraft stats and customization system. According to Revulo Games, House Fighters: Total Mess is designed to "bring back the wonder of childhood imagination," offering easy-to-learn mechanics that invite players of all levels to enjoy the thrill of toy-sized flight combat.

The studio has confirmed that all gameplay footage is now available in a newly-released trailer, giving players a first look at the vibrant visuals and innovative design. House Fighters: Total Mess launches on Nintendo Switch on November 7, 2025, exclusively via the Nintendo eShop.
