Nintendo Explains Delay of Mario Kart World Soundtrack on Nintendo Music App Nintendo has addressed fan questions regarding the absence of the highly anticipated Mario Kart World soundtrack on the Nintendo Music app.

“While I can’t share too many specifics, I can confirm it takes considerable time and effort to ready soundtracks for Nintendo Music,” he said.

“The Mario Kart World soundtrack is especially large and robust.

It’s a matter of scheduling and determining when a release fits into our lineup.

We’re definitely aware that fans are passionate about seeing this included on Nintendo Music.” As of now, Nintendo Music features a curated selection of soundtracks, including those from several Nintendo Switch 2 games.

Notably, Kirby Air Riders, a title yet to launch on Nintendo Switch 2, is already represented in the app.

This demonstrates Nintendo’s commitment to offering a diverse array of musical options for its fans through platforms like Nintendo Music and the Nintendo eShop, particularly in the lead-up to new hardware releases and events such as Nintendo Direct livestreams.
