Capcom has officially announced the release of Marvel vs.
Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics for Nintendo Switch, coming in 2024.
This highly anticipated compilation brings together some of the most beloved titles in arcade fighting game history, including X-Men: Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men vs.
Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs.
Street Fighter, Marvel vs.
Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes, Marvel vs.
Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes, and, for the first time ever on modern consoles in the United States, the classic beat 'em up, The Punisher.
Set for a 2024 launch, the Marvel vs.
Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics will be available for the Nintendo Switch at a recommended retail price of $49.99.
This announcement builds on Capcom’s robust legacy of arcade fighting games, offering long-time fans and a new generation of players the opportunity to experience this celebrated franchise on a current generation platform via the Nintendo eShop and at retail.
In a statement accompanying the announcement, Capcom confirmed that all included fighting games will feature comprehensive online multiplayer support.
