Pokémon Unite, the popular team-based battle arena game developed by TiMi Studio Group and published by The Pokémon Company, is commemorating its fourth anniversary with a wave of exciting content updates.

Launched in July 2021 and available on Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android, Pokémon Unite has continually expanded its roster with new Pokémon and gameplay features, earning a strong following in the competitive multiplayer scene. As part of the 4th-anniversary celebration, Pokémon Unite is set to introduce legendary Pokémon Latios and Latias to its battle arenas.

Latios will make his debut on July 18 as an attacker, utilizing powerful psychic and dragon-type techniques, including signature moves such as Dragon Pulse.

The addition of Latios marks a significant milestone for fans eager to experience new legendary gameplay dynamics. Developers at TiMi Studio Group have revealed that Latias will also arrive during the anniversary week, with more information to be disclosed as the event approaches.

In addition to these new Pokémon, players can look forward to stylish holowear releases.

This update brings a distinguished Gyarados holowear and a technologically themed Charizard holowear, adding further customization options for dedicated trainers. To heighten anticipation for the anniversary, Pokémon Unite has launched a 4th-anniversary countdown login bonus.

Players logging in daily ahead of the main event can unlock a range of rewards, such as extra tickets, coins, and other valuable in-game items.

This initiative ensures long-time and new players receive bonuses leading into the anniversary festivities. Among Pokémon Unite's recurring highlights is the "Pokémon Unite Weekend," held on the first weekend of each month.

This event provides exclusive benefits to players, including a special platinum boost emblem, a generous 33% discount on a Unite license, significant energy and battle point boosts, and complimentary access to all available Pokémon for that weekend.

According to the official announcement, these weekends are designed to help trainers experiment with different Pokémon and maximize their rewards through focused play sessions. With the arrival of Latios, the anticipated debut of Latias, new holowear options, and a host of anniversary rewards, Pokémon Unite's 4th-anniversary update exemplifies the game's ongoing commitment to its community across Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android platforms.
