Pokémon Singapore has published the admission plan for the grand reopening week of Pokémon Center SINGAPORE, providing clear guidance for visitors and collectors.
The store will require entry tickets for every visitor during the reopening period from July 1 to July 5, 2026.
The controlled-access approach combines advance reservations and same-day on-site ticket distribution to manage crowding and improve visitor safety.
Admission schedule and ticketing details
Pokémon Singapore confirmed that entry tickets will be mandatory for access during the five-day reopening window.
Advance reservation tickets for the 10:00 AM–1:00 PM time slot were distributed via an online lottery held in June 2026; those applications are now closed.
For afternoon access, same-day queue entry tickets will be distributed on-site.
According to the announcement, same-day entry tickets for entry from 1:00 PM onwards will be handed out on-site each day beginning at 8:30 AM on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Pokémon Singapore emphasized that there will be no on-site same-day tickets available for the 10:00 AM–1:00 PM slot because those times were allocated through the earlier online reservation lottery.
The company also stated that the ticketing process is intended "for the safety and comfort of all visitors" during the reopening week.
Staff will manage queuing and admission; Pokémon Singapore reserves the right to deny entry to individuals who do not comply with staff instructions or whose behavior creates a nuisance to the surrounding community.
