Pokémon and Hershey’s Partner for Limited Edition Collectible Chocolates: All 151 Kanto Pokémon Included
Pokémon, developed by Game Freak and published by The Pokémon Company, has been a beloved franchise since its debut on the Nintendo Game Boy in 1996.
In a move that merges two pillars of childhood nostalgia, The Pokémon Company has announced a partnership with iconic confectioner Hershey’s.
This collaboration introduces a special line of collectible Pokémon-themed chocolates, captivating both gamers and collectors alike.
The promotion, available for a limited time, features a diverse blend of nostalgia and collectibility.
Select Hershey’s chocolate bars and Kisses are now available in stores across the United States, adorned with artwork of Kanto region Pokémon.
Full-size Hershey’s bars highlight 12 classic Pokémon on their packaging, while the snack-size bars extend the selection to 18 distinct characters.
But perhaps most exciting for avid fans, all original 151 Kanto Pokémon are represented across the range of collectible Pokémon Hershey’s Kisses.
To further engage collectors, Hershey’s has launched a tracking feature on the official Hersheyland website, allowing enthusiasts to record and display their progress as they collect each specialty chocolate.
The Hersheyland portal provides exclusive details and offers collectors a digital hub to interact with the promotion.
Additionally, as part of this collaboration, a limited-edition collector’s case for the Pokémon Hershey’s Kisses will be distributed to select users with Hersheyland accounts.
This special case provides an organized and visually appealing way for fans to present their full collection—a fitting tribute for those dedicated to achieving a true Pokédex of chocolate.
A spokesperson for Hershey’s shared, in clear terms, that the brand is thrilled to combine the joy of Pokémon’s universe with the classic taste of Hershey’s chocolate, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for fans of all ages.
Given the limited nature of this release, fans are encouraged to look for these unique products while supplies last.
Once this collectible run concludes, it may not return, making it a must-have for both Pokémon enthusiasts and Hershey’s aficionados.
With all 151 original Pokémon available for collection, this crossover event is set to become a memorable highlight for the year—a testament to Pokémon’s enduring cultural significance and Hershey’s innovation in licensing partnerships.
