This new set brings to center stage the enigmatic Ultra Beasts from the Alola region, expanding the digital card game’s roster with some of the most unique Pokémon introduced in the series. Pokémon TCG Pocket, developed in collaboration with Creatures Inc., DeNA, and published by The Pokémon Company, continues to evolve with regular expansion releases.

Last month, the widely celebrated Celestial Guardians expansion introduced players to Alola region Pokémon for the first time within the app.

However, fans quickly noted the absence of Ultra Beasts, prompting widespread anticipation for their debut. The newly unveiled Extradimensional Crisis expansion addresses this omission, offering a dedicated set featuring all of the Ultra Beasts, including iconic cards such as Buzzwole ex, Guzzlord ex, and a full art Blacephalon.

In a statement accompanying the announcement, representatives from The Pokémon Company affirmed that the Ultra Beasts were given their own spotlight "to showcase their otherworldly presence and significance within the Alola narrative." Alongside the Ultra Beasts, Extradimensional Crisis broadens its offerings with several notable inclusions.

Type: Null makes its first appearance in Pokémon TCG Pocket, and players can also look forward to a brand new Tapu Koko ex card.

Complementing the expansion, a thematic Ultra Beast binder cover will be available in the in-app shop, redeemable through shop tickets on the day of release. The Extradimensional Crisis expansion will be accessible simultaneously worldwide through the Pokémon TCG Pocket app.
