Splatoon 3 Frosty Fest Splatfest 2025: Team Presents Takes the Crown on Nintendo Switch
After an intense weekend of friendly competition, Nintendo has officially announced the results of Splatoon 3's highly anticipated Frosty Fest Splatfest for 2025.
Following a challenging series of in-game events centered around the theme 'What would make you happiest?', Team Presents emerged as the definitive winner, collecting an impressive 485 points.
Team Experiences secured second place with 210 points, and Team Money rounded out the podium with 175 points.
Splatoon 3, developed and published by Nintendo, continues to engage its dedicated player base on the Nintendo Switch with themed Splatfests, even after the conclusion of its regular monthly update schedule.
While Nintendo previously confirmed that routine content updates for Splatoon 3 have concluded, these special seasonal events—like Frosty Fest—ensure the game's vibrant multiplayer scene remains active and full of surprises.
Frosty Fest 2025 was launched globally from January 11th to 12th, with regional start times adapted for each major territory.
North American players were able to dive in on January 10th (Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones) while fans across the UK, Europe, Japan, and Oceania joined as their local times rolled over to the event window.
This ensured that Inklings everywhere could participate at a convenient time, reinforcing Splatoon 3's global community spirit on the Nintendo Switch.
As in prior years, the Fest not only highlighted heated three-way battles between Team Presents, Experiences, and Money but also offered exclusive, returning cosmetic gear from Splatoon 2—free for all participants.
These in-game rewards could be redeemed via the Switch News channel, keeping the tradition of rewarding engagement alive within the Nintendo eShop ecosystem.
Reflecting Nintendo's ongoing support for the Splatoon franchise, a company spokesperson reiterated that despite the conclusion of regular content updates, seasonal Splatfests remain a fixture, stating that these events 'continue to bring players together and celebrate the unique spirit of the Splatlands.'
Now, with the Frosty Fest concluded, fans can look forward to the upcoming Spring Fest event, slated to refresh the multiplayer rotation in the coming months.
As Splatoon 3 sustains its active player community through these creative celebrations, the game's legacy on Nintendo Switch only grows stronger.
