Wonderland, the much-anticipated sequel to the beloved arcade platformer, is officially set for release across Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.

Developed by Tatsujin and published in the West by Clear River Games, Snow Bros.

Wonderland will launch on November 28th, 2024, bringing new adventures to a new generation of gamers. For its Western release, Clear River Games has confirmed physical editions for Nintendo Switch and PS5, while the PlayStation 4 version will be made available digitally via the PlayStation Store.

Wonderland’s release marks a significant milestone, as fans of the original title have been waiting nearly 30 years for a proper sequel.

The game reunites players with Nick and Tom—the iconic twin protagonists from the series—while introducing their successors, Nick Jr.

and Tom Jr., who lead the action in a new 3D adventure to defend Snow Land from the villainous Atchich, known as the Great King of Evil. In a statement shared by the publisher, the studio highlighted the legacy of the original game: "After nearly three decades, the twin brothers with a heart of cold return to enchant gamers again with addictive platforming action and a cast of lovable characters.

Wonderland is a 3D puzzle-adventure title, featuring richly designed characters, challenging boss encounters, and full voice acting.

The return of the Snow Bros.

franchise is part of a broader initiative announced in Tatsujin’s Tokyo Game Show 2023 lineup, which also featured titles such as Truxton Extreme and a mobile collection of classic Toaplan arcade games. The Japanese release of Snow Bros.

Wonderland arrives on November 28th, 2024 as well, with the game available both digitally and physically for Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5.

The standard edition will retail for ¥6,380, and a limited edition box—containing the game, an art book, and a bonus DVD with special videos and the original soundtrack—will be offered for ¥9,680.

Pre-orders for the Japanese market begin on August 23rd, with additional retailer details expected shortly. First revealed via a press release tied to the Tokyo Game Show, Snow Bros.

Wonderland made its public debut with a Japanese-language trailer highlighting its new gameplay and characters.

The game will be playable at TGS 2023 in Japan from September 21 to September 24, offering fans an early look at the next chapter in this iconic series. For longtime enthusiasts and series newcomers alike, Snow Bros.
