Sega has released a paid Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles DLC pack for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

The guest-character pack is available as a standalone purchase through the Nintendo eShop or as part of the game's paid Season Pass, continuing a pattern of crossover content that has included Minecraft, SpongeBob, Pac-Man and Mega Man.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds launched on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 last year, and Sega has steadily supported the title with both free and paid updates.

The latest paid add-on brings the four classic TMNT characters to the racer, alongside new vehicles, a themed course and cosmetic items.

Sega's official description emphasizes the full package of content accompanying the turtles: Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello join the roster, players can pilot the Pizzafire Van and race on a New York City-themed track, and the pack also includes new sounds, emotes and decals for further customization.

This statement frames the DLC as a character-and-content bundle rather than a single cosmetic item.

Pricing and platform details are straightforward.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pack is priced at $5.99 / £4.99 as an individual purchase.

Alternatively, players who own the Season Pass can access this pack as part of that larger bundle, which is listed at $29.99 / £24.99 (or regional equivalent).

For Switch 2 owners, Sega notes that the version of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds includes upgraded frame rate and resolution; a standalone Switch 2 upgrade is also offered for $10.00.

Sega has announced continued support for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds beyond this release.

Avatar Legends is scheduled to arrive in October 2026, and Sega has confirmed a second year of content that will begin with collaborations featuring Godzilla and Evangelion.

These additions follow the established strategy of cross-franchise guest characters and themed content that has defined the game's post-launch roadmap.

For players on Nintendo hardware, the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles DLC is available now in the eShop for both Switch and Switch 2 platforms, either as a direct purchase or via the Season Pass.
