As of the end of September 2022, our paid memberships now exceed 36 million, growing in tandem with the expanding player base and the release of new titles that support online play." Furukawa further emphasized that Nintendo Switch Online offers more than just online functionality.
"Beyond enabling online play, the service grants members access to an ever-growing lineup of benefits, including a curated selection of classic games.
By continually broadening the choices available to our users, we aim to foster ongoing enjoyment and extended engagement with Nintendo Switch," he shared. Additionally, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members receive further value through regular additions to the Nintendo 64 library and select paid downloadable content, available at no extra cost.
