Nintendo is gearing up for a major presence at PAX East 2026, one of the gaming industry’s premier conventions, taking place from March 26 to March 29 at Boston’s Thomas M.

Menino Convention & Exhibition Center.

The company has outlined an ambitious schedule, confirming hands-on demos of marquee titles including 'Super Mario Bros.

Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park,' as well as the newly unveiled 'Pokémon Pokopia' and 'Pokémon Champions.' At the heart of Nintendo’s booth, numbered 18019, is 'Super Mario Bros.

Visitors can dive into Bellabel Park, a fresh in-game area boasting three expansive plazas teeming with attractions, solo and multiplayer challenges, and new content available both locally and online.

The Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is set to launch worldwide on March 26, offering expanded adventures for Mario fans. Pokémon enthusiasts heading to booth 18031 will be treated to two standout titles.

'Pokémon Pokopia,' exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2, gives players the chance to build and customize their very own cozy haven alongside their Pokémon friends.

The game’s protagonist is a Ditto, cleverly transformed to resemble a human, who must revive a desolate world using unique transformation and crafting skills.

With its emphasis on creativity and exploration, 'Pokémon Pokopia' is poised to captivate millions of Switch owners. Sharing the spotlight at the same booth is 'Pokémon Champions,' a battle-centric addition to the Pokémon series for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

Players engage in Single and Double Battles featuring trusted game mechanics like Pokémon types and Abilities.

It offers a robust suite of options, including Ranked, Casual, and Private Battles.

Importantly, 'Pokémon Champions' will support connectivity with Pokémon HOME, allowing the importation of fan-favorite Pokémon from past titles and Pokémon GO for a personalized battle experience. Beyond the games, PAX East attendees can visit Nintendo’s desk in the North Lobby to register or check into their My Nintendo accounts.

By doing so, they will earn My Nintendo Platinum Points and, while supplies last, receive a limited-edition acrylic character standee commemorating 'Super Mario Bros.
