This annual event, taking place on March 10, has become a significant tradition in the Nintendo calendar, offering exclusive experiences, in-game events, and special promotions for fans of the iconic plumber across multiple generations and platforms, including the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. This year’s MAR10 Day promises three weeks packed with activities for Mario enthusiasts.
Nintendo is rolling out a series of in-game events for Mario Kart World, providing fans the opportunity to compete, earn rewards, and connect with the global Mario community.
Players who participate in any of the three Mario Kart World events this month will receive 310 My Nintendo Platinum Points, open to all players in the Americas.
Nintendo Switch Online members can join the competition, with a free 7-day trial available for newcomers, redeemable once per account after January 12, 2026. In celebration of Mario’s legacy, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can revisit some of the franchise’s standout classics.
Games from the Super NES, Game Boy, NES, and more have been added to the Nintendo Switch Online library.
A highlight for this year, available March 10, includes Mario vs.
Donkey Kong for Game Boy Advance, as well as the Virtual Boy titles Mario Clash and Mario’s Tennis for active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members. Mario fans can also save big with a weeklong sale from March 8 to March 14 at select U.S.
