The release, tied to this Friday, November 14, marks a significant milestone as the beloved Budokai Tenkaichi series is reimagined for the latest Nintendo hardware. Expanding on a Legacy of High-Speed Battles Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero builds on the legendary gameplay formula of the Budokai Tenkaichi series, bringing intense 3D combat and an expansive roster to Nintendo Switch enthusiasts.

The base game includes over 180 playable fighters, drawing characters from iconic installments like Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball GT, and select Dragon Ball movies.

Each character is equipped with signature abilities, unique transformations, and powerful techniques, ensuring that longtime fans and newcomers alike will find their favorites among the cast. Developer Bandai Namco emphasized that the new title provides an “earth-shaking, limit-breaking” Dragon Ball combat experience.
