The location-based mobile app Pikmin Bloom, developed by Niantic in collaboration with Nintendo and released in October 2021, will power the free interactive walking experience along the Seattle Waterfront.
The event ties the mobile title to Nintendo’s broader Pikmin franchise, which also appears on Nintendo Switch with entries such as Pikmin 3 Deluxe (released October 30, 2020) and Pikmin 4 (released July 21, 2023).
