This week’s Nintendo Download delivers a broad slate of releases and updates across Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, from tactical RPGs to major third-party collections.
Nintendo confirmed multiple new launches and timed events, including the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave release on Nintendo Switch 2 and the arrival of Diablo IV: Age of Hatred Collection for the platform.
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave — tactical combat on Nintendo Switch 2
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is available today for Nintendo Switch 2.
The game places players in the capital city of Dagsion, where contestants vie in the Heroic Games for a single wish.
Players command units in grid-based, turn-based encounters, deploy signature Blaze Arts, and pursue Blessings to turn the tide of battle.
Between matches, Fortune’s Weave lets players explore Dagsion, recruit allies, level Blessings at temples, train at the grounds, and undertake quests across a World Map and dungeons.
Nintendo has positioned the title as a full-featured entry for Switch 2 owners.
Diablo IV: Age of Hatred Collection — Blizzard’s package on Switch 2
Diablo IV: Age of Hatred Collection is available now on Nintendo Switch 2.
The bundle includes the Diablo IV base game plus the Vessel of Hatred and Lord of Hatred expansions.
Blizzard Entertainment’s action-RPG offers the series’ signature loot-driven progression and a dark fantasy campaign built around the spreading corruption of Mephisto.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight and select releases
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight arrives on Nintendo Switch 2 on Sept. 18, with pre-orders live on Nintendo eShop.
The title traces Bruce Wayne’s evolution into Batman and features a cast of allies and rogues from the Batman mythos.
Other notable arrivals include Woodo, a cozy puzzle diorama game now on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, and a GameCube-era classic: Star Fox Adventures is available now for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members on Nintendo Switch 2.
