Retro Sumus Launches Indiegogo Campaign for Sovietborgs: Multi-Platform Retro Shooter Targets December 2026 Release

Retro Sumus, the Spanish indie developer acclaimed for the Sega Dreamcast title Xenocider, has officially kicked off its Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for Sovietborgs—a stylistic, top-down run 'n' gun game inspired by genre classics.

The project, now live on Indiegogo as of June 26, 2025, offers collector-focused backers a variety of editions across multiple platforms, including Sega Dreamcast, MS-DOS PCs, Neo Geo MVS/AES, and Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
