Princess Peach: Showtime! Final Wave of Switch Online Icons Now Available Until April 18th

Nintendo is celebrating the debut of Princess Peach: Showtime! on the Nintendo Switch with a series of special profile icon releases for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.

The final and fourth wave of Princess Peach: Showtime! icons is now live, offering fans a last opportunity to personalize their profiles with exclusive Peach-themed visuals before the event ends on April 18, 2024. Princess Peach: Showtime! is the latest entry in the iconic Super Mario universe, placing Princess Peach in the starring role for a brand new adventure on Nintendo Switch.

Launched in March 2024, the game quickly captured the attention of fans with its creative gameplay, vibrant environments, and the introduction of multiple unique Peach transformations such as Swordfighter Peach and Mermaid Peach.

In anticipation of and following the game’s release, Nintendo has rolled out a series of promotional waves for profile icons through the Nintendo Switch Online ‘Missions and Rewards’ program. The icons feature a variety of Princess Peach’s new transformations and are available to Switch Online members.

Each icon can be redeemed for 10 Platinum Points, while backgrounds and frames cost just 5 Platinum Points each.

These points are earned by completing missions via Nintendo’s eShop and Switch Online apps, encouraging user engagement and rewarding dedicated players. According to official statements provided by Nintendo as part of the announcement, the series of icon updates rolled out each Thursday since the game's launch.

The first wave started on March 22, 2024, and each subsequent update has kept the community engaged.

Notably, the final wave launched on April 12, 2024, and will be removed from the rewards program after April 18, 2024.
