Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Lo‑Fi Collection: Crystal Dynamics Releases Remixed Playlist for Fans

This week marks the 30th anniversary of Tomb Raider, the franchise that introduced Lara Croft and launched one of gaming’s longest-running action-adventure series.

Crystal Dynamics is commemorating the milestone by releasing the Tomb Raider: 30th Anniversary Lo‑Fi Collection, a curated playlist of chilled remixes that reworks music from three decades of Tomb Raider titles.

The collection was produced by musician That Norsk Chick (Amandolin Rostykus) and features lo‑fi reinterpretations of themes from the original "Classic" Tomb Raider games, the Legend and Anniversary reboots, and the Underworld trilogy.

The project credits include work originally composed by Nathan McCree, Peter Connelly, Martin Iveson, Troels B.

Folmann, Colin O’Malley, Jason Graves, Bobby Tahouri, Brian D’Oliveira, Wilbert Roget II, and Paul Houseman, with That Norsk Chick arranging and producing the remixes.

Crystal Dynamics has also woven voice and visual elements into the release.

Current Lara Croft voice actor Alix Wilton Regan recorded new dialogue snippets that appear across the playlist, adding contemporary character touches to the musical collection.

Illustrator Tholia supplied animated thumbnail art showing Lara Croft at a desk in Croft Manor, providing visual callbacks to the series while the lo‑fi tracks play.

Fans seeking a nostalgic but relaxed listening session have a direct invitation: the studio presented the playlist as an hour-long, nostalgia-focused experience intended to highlight Tomb Raider’s musical legacy.

The release is part of a broader slate of activities marking the series’ 30th year.

Separately, Crystal Dynamics announced that Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is scheduled to launch on February 12 for PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

The studio’s ongoing support for multiple platforms reflects Tomb Raider’s long history across console and PC generations.

The Tomb Raider: 30th Anniversary Lo‑Fi Collection provides both longtime fans and newcomers an accessible way to revisit the franchise’s soundscapes.

For listeners, the playlist offers a relaxed primer on three decades of Tomb Raider music, tied together by contemporary production and new voice work from the series’ current performers.
