Sega continues to expand its hit title, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, with a fresh surge of content for Nintendo Switch fans.

Scheduled for release on October 22, 2025, the latest free character update headlines with the arrival of Joker from the acclaimed Persona series.

As long as players are engaged and discussing the game, we are open to exploring additional DLC beyond our initial year-long plan," Iizuka said.
He further highlighted Sonic Team’s responsiveness to the player community, adding, "We welcome feedback on everything from desired characters to gameplay tweaks.
The game’s online nature allows us to introduce new gadgets or re-balance features to improve the overall experience."
