Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac Officially Announced for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2

Bandai Namco, a leading name in the video game industry, has officially announced Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, a complete remake of the beloved platformer Pac-Man World 2.

The highly anticipated title is slated to launch for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on September 26, 2025, bringing classic Pac-Man action to a new generation of gamers and longtime fans alike. Originally released in 2002 for the Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox, Pac-Man World 2 expanded on the iconic Pac-Man formula by introducing 3D platforming elements, vibrant environments, and new adventures.

Bandai Namco's remastered edition aims to revitalize the classic experience with enhanced graphics, modernized controls, and additional content that leverages the capabilities of both current and next-generation Nintendo hardware. According to Bandai Namco representatives, Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac will feature fully remastered visuals optimized for the Nintendo Switch family of systems, ensuring improved performance and visual fidelity on both the original Switch and the upcoming Switch 2.
