Nintendo Expands Southeast Asia Presence with New Nintendo Thailand Subsidiary

Nintendo has officially expanded its global footprint by establishing Nintendo Thailand Co.

Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, in the Kingdom of Thailand.

This move comes as part of Nintendo's continued strategy to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia, a region witnessing significant growth in both video game consumption and player communities. The company confirmed that Nintendo Thailand Co.

Ltd was formally registered on November 17, 2025.

Takahiro Miura has been appointed as the managing director of the new subsidiary, overseeing operations and spearheading local initiatives.
