DK Challenge debuted in June as part of a new initiative for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.
The compilation requires players to meet specific objectives across Donkey Kong Bananza and a selection of classic Donkey Kong titles available through Nintendo Switch Online apps.
In total, the challenge list comprises 39 entries: 24 challenges tied to Donkey Kong Bananza and 15 challenges covering retro arcade and console entries.
The 24 Donkey Kong Bananza challenges focus on completing the game and progressing player skills and upgrades.
The remaining 15 challenges span legacy Donkey Kong releases, including Donkey Kong, DK Jr., Donkey Kong 3, and the SNES Country trilogy.
Nintendo described the card pack as a commemorative set that reflects the full challenge list and said the cards are delivered in a specially marked DK box.
In its announcement, Nintendo confirmed that completion of the entire challenge set by the stated deadline is the criterion for eligibility and clarified that players will not need to redeem platinum coins to obtain the physical reward.
The company has provided the official end date and cut-off time for qualification: September 1, 2026 at 12:59 a.m.
