Famitsu's latest weekly charts show Star Fox debuting at number one in Japan, selling 41,680 units on Nintendo's Switch 2 during the week of June 22–28.

The result puts Nintendo's flagship space‑pilot franchise back atop the Japanese software rankings for the period and displaces Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream, which slips to second place.

According to Famitsu's data, Star Fox opened with 41,680 unit sales on Switch 2 in its first tracked week.

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream recorded 28,543 sales for the same week and now has a reported lifetime total of 1,410,570 units.

Other notable entries include Powerful Pro Baseball in third with 16,950 units (146,335 lifetime) and eFootball Kick‑Off! at fourth with 6,483 units (41,508 lifetime).

Two Japanese exclusives entered the top 10 this week: Medabots Card Robattle RB debuted at seventh with 4,348 units, and Blackish House ←sideZ -Retour- launched at eighth with 4,114 units.

The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales fell to ninth on Switch 2 after a stronger debut, posting 4,077 sales for the week; the PlayStation 5 version did not place in the top 10.

Minecraft rounds out the top 10 in tenth with 3,353 sales and a lifetime total exceeding four million units on Switch.
