Natsume has officially announced the upcoming launch of the Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley & Skytree Village Cozy Bundle for the Nintendo Switch, bringing together two celebrated entries from the beloved farming simulation series.
Slated for a worldwide release in Summer 2025, the bundle will feature both titles on a single cartridge, marking their debut on modern hardware after originally launching on Nintendo 3DS.
This release is set to be available both digitally via the Nintendo eShop and physically at major retailers and the Natsume web store, ensuring fans and newcomers alike have the chance to enjoy these classic adventures.
Originally released in 2014 and 2016, respectively, Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley and Harvest Moon: Skytree Village captured players with their charming worlds, engaging farming mechanics, and the hallmark relationship-building gameplay the franchise is known for.
Now, Natsume is revitalizing these titles for the current generation.
According to Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume, “Natsume’s Cozy Bundle brings cherished favorites to today’s consoles.
Nostalgic players can return to familiar towns, characters, and animals, while new fans have the chance to enjoy these classic entries, newly optimized for the current generation console.”
Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley immerses players in a unique story where perpetual winter has settled over the land.
With the help of Harvest Sprites, the Harvest Goddess, and the enigmatic King of the Underworld, players work to restore all four seasons to the valley.
The game emphasizes deep personalization, allowing full 3D customization of terrain, the raising of numerous animals, fostering of village relationships, and family life.
Additional downloadable content (DLC) featuring new outfits, building sets, crops, and characters will be included, ensuring a comprehensive experience for veterans and newcomers alike.
In Harvest Moon: Skytree Village, the once-flourishing Oasis of the Harvest Goddess has fallen into drought and despair.
Players are tasked with reviving seven legendary Skytrees to replenish the land and restore vitality to Skytree Village.
The title builds on the series’ strengths, offering extensive terraforming options, a diverse cast of villagers, new agricultural possibilities, and enhanced fishing mechanics.
The bundle will also provide DLC such as cosmetic options and additional characters, further broadening gameplay.
The release of this cozy bundle not only celebrates the history of Harvest Moon, but also extends the legacy of Natsume’s contributions to the simulation genre on Nintendo platforms.
With both titles now optimized for the Nintendo Switch, longstanding fans and series newcomers can look forward to accessible, rewarding gameplay enriched by thoughtful updates and added content.
The bundle’s arrival underscores the lasting popularity of the Harvest Moon franchise and Natsume’s ongoing commitment to introducing timeless experiences to new audiences.
