R-Type Tactics 1-2 Cosmos DLC: Two Free Packs Now on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 eShop

NIS America has published two free DLC packs for R-Type Tactics 1-2 Cosmos, now available for download on the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2 eShop. The DLCs add a new fighter variant plus a collection of alternate-color unit models, and players can equip these additions without spending in-game resources. The first pack introduces the ARROW-HEAD G (GRA Ver.), granting the Rwf-9a [GRA] ARROW-HEAD [GRA] fighter and its Force, the F-A [GRA] STANDARD FORCE [GRA]. NIS America described these as special Granzella Revolutionary Army versions of their respective unit types, providing immediate access to the units in campaign play. The second pack, titled Unit Color Variation Fighter Pack, supplies several alternate-color versions of units that are particularly useful early in the campaign.
