For every promotion, players gain 100 Effective Health and earn access to exclusive Hero Caches filled with powerful loot.

Upon reaching S+, players unlock their final form and acquire any remaining Boons, marking a pivotal power spike in each match. Signature Hero Items make their debut, inspired by notable Supernova Academy characters such as Morgan Myst.

Players can equip items like the Myst Gauntlets, Killswitch Revolvers, Tracking Visor, Bass Boost, and collectible forthcoming upgrades including the Surf Cube and Storm Beast’s Pom Poms.

Notably, these Hero Items are independent of cosmetic skins and are discovered through Hero Caches or as loot around the island. New Boons—found in chests or purchasable at Academy Tech Labs—amplify gameplay variety, with options such as Storm Caller, Speed Healer, Combat Acrobat, and Heightened Senses.

As players enhance their Hero Rank, these Boons grow more potent, incentivizing active and skillful play.

Additional items like Superman’s Krypto Treat, Robin’s Grapnel Gun, and exclusive Unstable Exotics available at the S Rank tier further diversify matches. Sidekicks play an expanded role with Sprites—elemental companions now represented as Dash Sprites and Superman Sprites—offering movement boosts and devastating beam attacks, respectively.
