In a statement summarizing the latest figures, Famitsu credited the “consistent, robust performance of Nintendo’s software lineup” and noted the successful debut of multiple new IP entries and sequels across all major platforms.
The latest charts also reflect ongoing interest in established series such as Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, which maintain a strong presence with more than 5.6 million cumulative sales to date.
With major launches and long-standing hits, the Japanese market demonstrates the continued vitality of both new and legacy Nintendo franchises.
