According to the newest sales data, freshly released 'Tokimeki Memorial: Forever With You Emotional' has debuted at number one, reinforcing the enduring appeal of classic franchises on modern hardware.
'Tokimeki Memorial: Forever With You Emotional' launched on Nintendo Switch and achieved 21,032 units sold during its introductory week, making it the highest-selling new release in Japan for the period.
Developed and published by Konami, this remastered edition of the beloved dating simulation game finds a receptive audience among both dedicated fans and newcomers alike, benefiting from updated visuals and enhanced features optimized for the Nintendo Switch platform.
Following Tokimeki Memorial, 'Minecraft' for Nintendo Switch secured the second spot with 8,653 units sold, bringing its cumulative lifetime sales in Japan to an impressive 3,883,894 copies.

The only non-Nintendo platform to appear prominently in this week’s ranking was the PlayStation 5, with 'Clair Obscur: Expedition 33' debuting in seventh place (3,254 units, 13,079 cumulative), and 'Monster Hunter Wilds' contributing 2,741 sales (809,650 lifetime).
