Nintendo Switch 2 has once again dominated the Japanese gaming hardware market, according to the latest sales charts published by respected industry tracker Famitsu.

As per Famitsu’s latest figures, Nintendo Switch 2 sold an impressive 101,549 units this past week, outpacing its closest competitor by a wide margin.
The Switch OLED model followed with 10,772 units, while the more affordable Switch Lite moved 8,916 units.
Older versions of the Switch also maintained a presence, with 3,048 units sold.
On the PlayStation front, the standard PS5 recorded 3,309 units sold, while the higher-spec PS5 Pro accounted for an additional 2,057 units.
The PS5 Digital Edition trailed at 489 units.
Xbox hardware saw modest sales, with the Xbox Series X Digital Edition at 270 units, Xbox Series X at 266, and Xbox Series S at only 38 units this week.
