Disgaea 7 Complete Announced for Nintendo Switch 2: Includes All DLC and Bonus Content

Nippon Ichi Software has officially announced that Disgaea 7 Complete will launch worldwide in Autumn 2025 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2.

This highly anticipated release brings the acclaimed strategy RPG, previously known as Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless, to a new generation of Nintendo hardware, complete with extensive enhancements and additions that aim to deliver the definitive Disgaea 7 experience. Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless originally debuted in 2023, earning praise for its signature over-the-top strategy mechanics, quirky humor, and expansive customizability.

While a comprehensive Complete Edition was later released in Japan for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5, Western fans were left waiting for an official localization.

The newly announced Disgaea 7 Complete for Nintendo Switch 2 will mark the first time this enhanced version is available outside of Japan, exclusively for Nintendo’s next-generation console. Disgaea 7 Complete is set to include all downloadable content and bonus material that has been made available since its original launch.

In addition, players can expect brand-new story content, a fully playable episode inspired by Netherworlds from past Disgaea games, and the introduction of a new playable character.

According to Nippon Ichi Software, fans can look forward to experiencing the antics of Fuji and Pirilika on a fresh adventure, concluding with the new eternal main character, Asagi, available through an exclusive bonus episode. The development team emphasized that Disgaea 7 Complete will feature extensive gameplay enhancements, with uncapped stats, free-to-use Infernal Weapons, and the ultimate in-series challenge, Rakshasa Baal, taking center stage.

This package represents the most content-rich entry in the series to date, bringing both long-time fans and newcomers a uniquely robust strategic RPG experience.
