Disgaea 7 Complete Edition Announced for Nintendo Switch: Full DLC and New Content Arrive July 25 in Japan

Nippon Ichi Software has officially announced the release of Disgaea 7 Complete Edition, the definitive version of its critically acclaimed tactical RPG, Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless, for Nintendo Switch.

Launching in Japan on July 25, 2024, this new edition bundles the base game with all previously released downloadable content (DLC), bonus items, and substantial new story elements, solidifying its status as the most comprehensive Disgaea 7 experience available to date.

Fans of the series can expect a packed release featuring expanded content, innovative gameplay tweaks, and exclusive bonuses for dedicated players. Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless initially debuted in January 2023 as the latest mainline entry in Nippon Ichi Software’s long-running, beloved Disgaea series.

The franchise, renowned for its over-the-top strategy mechanics and quirky storytelling, continues to capture the hearts of JRPG enthusiasts on platforms such as the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation consoles. The Complete Edition, officially titled Disgaea 7: Koremade no Zenbu Iri Hajimemashita, assembles the base game alongside all seven previously released DLC bonus stories and twenty-one unlockable characters.

Notably, this package includes an entirely new bonus story, "The World Savers Squad," that brings together popular protagonists from prior Disgaea entries for a post-game adventure.

Players can now witness Fuji and his party travel beyond the Ewwdo Netherworld, confronting new challenges and uniting forces with Disgaea heroes of the past to settle lingering conflicts from the main campaign and the saga of the Seven Founding Weapons. Key new features in Disgaea 7 Complete Edition include: - The addition of "The World Savers Squad" bonus story, accessible after finishing the main storyline.
