Nintendo continues to celebrate classic gaming and competitive spirit with the latest content update for Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition, now available on Nintendo Switch.

The newest slate of speedrunning challenges draws from a curated selection of iconic NES titles, inviting seasoned players and newcomers alike to test their skills, set records, and join a thriving global community. Featured as part of this week’s lineup are the following five challenges: Block Party from Super Mario Bros., Sub-Space Exploration from Super Mario Bros.

2, Aquamentus Argumentus from The Legend of Zelda, Pop 'Em All from Balloon Fight, and Escape Expert from Metroid.

These time-limited events are set to run through May 5 at 1:59 a.m.
