Bitmap Books is preparing to publish Fatal Fury/Garou Densetsu: The Ultimate History, the publisher’s fourth collaboration with SNK, with the release scheduled for May, Creative Director Sam Dyer confirmed. He also described N64: a visual compendium as a design challenge due to its use of 3D imagery and the extra print testing required to reproduce the console’s aesthetic accurately. On legal and production matters, Dyer said Bitmap Books has not encountered legal problems related to scans or game inclusions and that maintaining print standards has been straightforward thanks to careful budgeting and long-standing relationships with printers.
