The announcement brings together an experienced development team with music from renowned composer Hitoshi Sakimoto, known for his work on legendary titles like Final Fantasy Tactics and Valkyria Chronicles. Players will step into the role of Towa, leading the Guardians in defense of Shinju Village against the encroaching darkness unleashed by Magatsu.

The gameplay emphasizes forging both powerful swords and heartfelt relationships, making every run unique thanks to procedurally generated encounters and evolving storylines.
