The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Soundtrack Gets Limited Edition Vinyl Release with Laced Records

Nintendo Partners with Laced Records to Launch The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Vinyl Soundtrack Collection Nintendo of America has announced a landmark collaboration with Laced Records to deliver the celebrated soundtrack of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on vinyl.

This move marks one of the first instances in which a major Nintendo game soundtrack collection is being made available on vinyl outside of Japan, a significant moment for the franchise’s global fans and collectors. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, released for the Nintendo Switch in March 2017, set a new benchmark for open-world game design and immersive audio-visual experiences.

The game’s score—composed by Manaka Kataoka, Yasuaki Iwata, Hajime Wakai, and Soshi Abe—is renowned for its atmospheric tones and orchestral flourishes, capturing the spirit of adventure across Hyrule’s vast landscapes. The vinyl soundtrack is set for release on 19 June 2026 and will be available in two distinct editions: a Double-LP and an expansive 8-LP box set.

In comparison, the premium 8-LP Box Set offers alternative blue and gold splatter effect heavyweight discs, each packaged in individually spined inner sleeves and presented within a robust dual slipcase, emphasizing its collector’s appeal. The comprehensive 8-LP set comprises 130 tracks, all newly remastered specifically for the vinyl release.

Each disc is thematically sequenced to align with pillars of the game experience, such as traversing the Kingdom of Hyrule, liberating the Divine Beasts, and uncovering the secrets of the Shrines.

This thoughtful arrangement aims to mirror the player’s journey through Breath of the Wild’s expansive narrative.
