Returning to the setting and characters inspired by the cult favorite Ys IV, Falcom crafted a completely new narrative filled with intrigue, mystery, and adventure.

Rather than simply remaking the earlier outsourced versions of Ys IV, Falcom took an innovative approach—framing the story within a reimagined world, resulting in a fresh experience for both newcomers and longtime fans.
