The headline this week is the arrival of Super Mario Strikers, the beloved GameCube classic, now available for active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members on the Nintendo Switch 2 system.

Super Mario Strikers: Classic Mario Soccer Arrives on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Celebrated for its fast-paced, arcade-style soccer action, Super Mario Strikers first debuted on the Nintendo GameCube in 2005 and quickly became a fan favorite.

In this action-packed sports brawler, players take to the field with Mario, Luigi, and other Mushroom Kingdom icons, utilizing intuitive controls, signature items like shells and mushrooms, and the game’s unique Super Strike feature—allowing skilled players to score two points with a single shot.
