This week’s Nintendo Switch eShop update brings a host of new content and features, highlighting the arrival of Sunderfolk, the return of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, and a significant update to F-ZERO 99.
Both casual and veteran gamers are set to find something fresh in this diverse line-up, while Nintendo’s ongoing support of classic titles and new multiplayer experiences continues to expand the Switch ecosystem.
Sunderfolk Debuts on Nintendo Switch eShop
Leading this week’s digital releases is Sunderfolk, a unique shared turn-based tactical RPG.
Developed to reinvigorate game night, Sunderfolk transforms your mobile device into a controller, with the Nintendo Switch acting as the central guide through the vibrant world of the Sunderlands.
Supporting up to four players in local co-op, players can select from six distinct classes—including Arcanist, Bard, and Berserker—before embarking on missions to benefit their home village of Arden.
In between adventures, players can unlock additional vendors, forge relationships, and earn in-game rewards, further developing their characters with new abilities, equipment, and upgrades.
Sunderfolk is now available for download via the Nintendo eShop.
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones Returns via Nintendo Switch Online
Classic strategy RPG fans have a reason to celebrate as Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones makes its return through the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service.
Originally released on Game Boy Advance, The Sacred Stones invites players to guide royal siblings Eirika and Ephraim as they reclaim the fallen kingdom of Renais.
Offering strategic turn-based combat, a robust class system for upgrading units, and permanent consequences for fallen soldiers, this entry is beloved within the Fire Emblem community.
Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members can now access Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones as part of their subscription.
F-ZERO 99 Races Ahead with Version 1.6.0 Update
High-speed action returns in the latest F-ZERO 99 update (ver.

The update also adds color variations for select machines, enhancing customization options.
The first Mini World Tour event kicked off on May 5, giving F-ZERO 99 racers a fresh challenge.

Fans can immerse themselves in tracks that range from the tranquil Somniel environment to exhilarating battle anthems inspired by the continent of Elyos.
The Chorale of Heroes collection launches exclusively for members, broadening the appeal of digital Nintendo music offerings.
