Riders Republic, the extreme-sports multiplayer open world from Ubisoft Annecy, will arrive on Nintendo Switch 2 on December 9, 2026.
The announcement came during a special fifth-anniversary livestream hosted by the Riders Republic team; Ubisoft also confirmed that the game's new "Offline Play" feature will launch on the same date.
Originally released on October 28, 2021, Riders Republic launched across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
The title has been updated multiple times since release, adding content and seasonal features to expand its mix of mountain biking, BMX, skateboarding, snowboarding, scooter, wingsuit racing and other extreme-sports modes.
Ubisoft described the Switch 2 edition as a large-scale multiplayer outdoor playground set across iconic American national parks.
In clear terms, the publisher said the game will let players explore stylized versions of locations including Bryce Canyon, Yosemite Valley and Mammoth Mountain, compete in bike and snow events, team up in squads for cooperative play, or take part in mass PvP races with more than 50 competitors.
