The company also provided release windows and bundle contents, each including a digital game code and a three-month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership that can be redeemed via the Nintendo eShop.
Price changes take effect on 1 September 2026.
In the United States the Nintendo Switch 2 suggested retail price will rise from $449.99 to $499.99 (excluding tax).
In Canada the price moves from $629.99 to $679.99 (excluding tax).
Across much of Europe the suggested price increases from €469.99 to €499.99 (including tax), and in the United Kingdom the change is from £395.99 to £419.99 (including tax).
Nintendo also outlined two bundle offerings that will follow the price changes.
Arriving in "late September," the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle will include the console, a digital code for Mario Kart World, and a 3‑Month (90‑Day) Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership.
Nintendo lists the bundle price at $549.99 and states this represents a savings of $37.98 compared to buying each item separately.
The second package, the Nintendo Switch 2 + Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Bundle, is scheduled for release on 22 October 2026.
That bundle contains the console, a digital code for Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, and a 3‑Month Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership, with a listed price of $529.99 and a stated savings of $27.98.
