Over the past months, Hawk has been transparent about his involvement in the music selection process, revealing he personally advocated for including different songs, even by returning artists.

"I wanted to give players a chance to discover new music, not just revisit the familiar classics," Hawk explained, noting that the final tracklist was a collective decision between himself and the game’s producers.

"I’m no longer the sole decision-maker when it comes to the soundtrack, but I managed to add in a few bands I’m passionate about.

We aimed to make space for new acts and songs, and not everything could be included.

It’s not personal, and I understand fans' attachment to certain tracks, especially in relation to the series.

If a favorite track is missing, I encourage everyone to enjoy it through their preferred streaming service." Hawk shared, "As soon as Bam became available, I reached out to Activision about adding him to the lineup."
