Daedalic Entertainment and gameXcite have detailed an Expansion Pass for Star Trek: Voyager – Across The Unknown, now available on Nintendo Switch 2 via the Nintendo eShop.

The expansion roadmap spans four downloadable content packs across 2026, starting with the Delta Chronicles DLC already released, and continuing with Equinox (Summer 2026), a New Story DLC (Fall 2026) and a New Sector DLC (Winter 2026).

The publishers described the Expansion Pass as a structured plan that will deliver additional premium content over the coming months, expanding the base game’s narrative side missions, ship roster and playable characters.

The schedule provides clear timing for each DLC pack and sets player expectations for ongoing support through the end of the year.

Delta Chronicles (available now) adds five new side missions inspired by memorable Voyager episodes — Distant Origin, The Omega Directive, Cold Fire, Homestead and Inside Man.

These missions mirror the base game’s emphasis on branching decisions and consequential outcomes, allowing players to pursue different narrative arcs than those shown in the original series.

Delta Chronicles also introduces two new playable heroes: a holographic Reginald Barclay and Professor Forra Gegen of the Voth, each offering distinct combat abilities.

The pack expands the Delta Quadrant roster with four new NPC ships, including the Voth City Ship and a Ferengi Marauder that players can recruit as an ally.

The forthcoming Equinox DLC will bring a second set of side missions, add the USS Equinox as a playable starship for an unannounced game mode, and introduce a new sector based on one of Voyager’s more celebrated episodes, according to the developers’ outline.

Alongside the paid Expansion Pass content, Patch 1.8 delivers free updates and quality-of-life improvements to the base game.

Patch notes list seven new ship quests and events, clarified tech tree descriptions, user interface upgrades, balance adjustments and other refinements aimed at improving the player experience.

Star Trek: Voyager – Across The Unknown is available digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide.

With a clear DLC timetable and a substantial free patch, Daedalic Entertainment and gameXcite have laid out a sustained content plan that supports fans of the franchise and strategy players on Nintendo’s next-generation platform.
