THQ Nordic and Purple Lamp Studios have officially announced SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide, the latest adventure in the iconic SpongeBob SquarePants franchise.

Scheduled for release on November 18, 2025, the new 3D platformer will launch on Nintendo Switch 2, PC, and various other console platforms, building on the legacy of previous successful SpongeBob titles. SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide brings fans a fresh story where SpongeBob and his best friend Patrick find themselves entangled in a supernatural feud between two undersea legends—King Neptune and the Flying Dutchman.
