Lies of P, the soulslike developed by Round8 Studio and published by Neowiz, is getting an official physical release for Nintendo Switch 2.
The Complete Edition has already been available digitally, and Neowiz this week partnered with iam8bit to roll out two physical editions aimed at collectors and Switch 2 owners.
Background and availability
Lies of P originally launched for PC and consoles in September 2023 and established itself as a prominent soulslike inspired by classic puppet‑themed storytelling.
Neowiz and iam8bit’s physical release targets Nintendo’s next‑generation handheld/console hybrid, the Nintendo Switch 2, and follows the digital Complete Edition release earlier in the year.
What’s in the physical editions
Neowiz and iam8bit are offering two distinct physical packages: an exclusive edition priced at $69.99 and a deluxe collector bundle priced at $420.00.
The $69.99 exclusive edition includes the full game provided on a physical cartridge, the Overture DLC, an exclusive sleeve, and a set of boss lore cards.
The publisher confirms the package ships with a native game cartridge rather than a download code, ensuring a cartridge‑based experience on Nintendo Switch 2 hardware.
The premium $420 collector bundle expands the offering with a Marionette Puppet, a themed pin set, and additional collectibles. iam8bit and Neowiz have also made several of the individual items—including the puppet—available for separate purchase through their storefronts.
Recent updates and platform improvements
Alongside the physical release, Neowiz has issued a game update that includes multiple improvements for the Nintendo Switch 2 version.
The patch notes highlight performance and stability work targeted at the Switch 2 build; players can find the update details on official Neowiz channels and platform storefronts.
Why this matters
A cartridge release for Lies of P Complete Edition is notable for collectors and for players who prefer physical media on Nintendo hardware.
Partnering with iam8bit, known for premium physical runs, signals Neowiz’s intent to support the Switch 2 install base with both a native cartridge and premium merchandise.
Where to buy
Both editions are being distributed through iam8bit’s channels in partnership with Neowiz.
Interested buyers should consult the iam8bit store and official Neowiz announcements for stock, regional availability, and shipping details.
